Winter 2021 Playlist

I made this playlist a little over a year ago. At the time I was getting ready to move back east, selling most of my posessions, and trying to find the job that ultimately became the one I have now.
Today, I’m trying to buy a house, so I guess I’m yet again in a mode of transience. I miss a lot about Portland, especially the general aesthetic of the houses in the city. I looked recently at the houses for sale there, and despite whatever small amount of downward pricing pressure there’s been on the market over the last year, I still could not afford to buy a home there. So, there’s no room for regrets. Luckily, getting a home where I am now is just a matter of finally not being outbid.
